My interview felt narrow and a bit mismatched with my resume.

The interviewer mainly asked puzzles, and I only got two out of three correct. What surprised me was how little attention was given to my background after that.

I couldn’t tell whether my resume wasn’t up to par or whether the role fit was determined by something else entirely, but the conversation didn’t really expand beyond the puzzle questions. By the end, it left me unsure about what the decision was based on.
