During the recruiter stage, my self-introduction didn’t go smoothly.

I was interrupted multiple times while I was talking through my background and also while I explained why I wanted Uber Eats. Even when I answered, some of my technical points weren’t fully understood, or weren’t understood at all.

That combination made the conversation feel more like troubleshooting than evaluation. By the end, I didn’t move forward to an offer, and the main thing I’m left with is how disruptive the interruptions were to what I’d prepared.
