My process felt a bit long and it leaned heavily into practical, scenario-based work.

After a while, I had to do a practical case activity and then present from it. What made it hard to reconcile was the later technical interview: it came across as mismatched for the level of role I was applying for, especially compared with what the job description suggested about the experience required.

Even though the steps themselves involved real work, the overall fit didn’t feel right to me, and I didn’t end up with an offer. The experience left me thinking the process was more about running through motions than matching the evaluation to the seniority they were hiring for.
