I interviewed for Software Engineer at Twitch with a heavy take-home and a full virtual onsite, and I didn’t receive an offer.

Take-home assignment — I completed a take-home expected to take about 2–3 hours.
Team call — I had a one-hour call with developers on the front-end team.
Virtual onsite — I went through a full day of virtual on-site interviews with five rounds mixing technical and behavioral questions. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that the process was time-intensive and required both coding and communication stamina.
