My path started with an online application.

After a few weeks, I was invited to a video interview, and then later I was brought in for an office interview. One of the stages required a presentation about a project that the company gave me, so it wasn’t just conversational—it tested whether I could frame and communicate a piece of work clearly.

The overall process took longer than I expected, stretching over more than a month at times. I remember moving through different touchpoints and meeting different people, which was useful for getting different perspectives, but the delays between stages also made it feel like it could drag.
