Turner & Townsend Consultant interview experience

It started with an in-person screening at my university, followed by two separate phone interviews—one with HR and one with a director.

The last phase was a panel interview held in Houston, Texas, which felt like the most high-stakes portion of the whole process because it was the culmination of everything they’d learned from the earlier conversations.

Even though the process was demanding, it came across as structured and serious. I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest impression I had was how much it escalated from campus screening to phone rounds to a full panel setting.
