I interviewed for the Business Analyst role at Turing, and the screening-to-interview sequence felt moderately challenging, with an offer arriving a few days later.

Screening round (aptitude + model review) — I completed an aptitude portion plus a model review step.
In-person interview (1 hour) — I was asked to solve guesstimate questions, demonstrate dataset knowledge, answer a few problem-solving questions, and work with Excel. Outcome: I got an offer letter about three days after the interview, and the main takeaway was that the process was practical—expect business/math reasoning plus tool familiarity.
