My process had three clear steps—reasoning, a short business writing prompt, and then a scenario-based interview that tested Excel and business terminology.

Round 1: aptitude & logic — I completed aptitude and logical reasoning questions.
Round 2: essay — I wrote a ~200-word essay on an AI/ML topic.
Round 3: interview — I worked through a scenario, answered SME-style questions, and explained business terms and relevant Excel formulas. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the flow was structured and consistently tested both communication and practical BI-style skills.
