For the Business Analyst role, I experienced a smooth, multi-part process in early September 2024 that emphasized English comprehension and verification.

Five-section evaluation — I started with introductions and then went through sections assessing analytical and English comprehension.
Claim validation + online research — I was expected to read content, summarize it, and validate claims using online research.
LLM-based puzzle solving — part of the work involved using an LLM to solve puzzles. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; overall it felt well organized, with difficulty coming from the research/validation and LLM component.
