My first round was a short Python coding test with two questions, but there was a strict dependency: I could only move to the second if I finished the first.

I had 60 minutes for the first one and 90 minutes for the second, and both were described as easy enough that I felt comfortable progressing.

After that, I entered a data analysis MCQ round. They gave me a dataset and asked me to answer 20 multiple-choice questions based on it. They also asked me to email a Colab notebook back to them. What was surprising was that the portal said I failed that round, but I still managed to explain my process in detail.

About two weeks later, they called and offered me a one-year internship that could convert to a full-time offer based on performance.
