I found the Business Analyst selection in late September 2024 challenging, mainly because the pre-interview tests were strict.

Pre-interview test: logic — 18 logic questions with a hard requirement to pass all to proceed.
Pre-interview test: technical writing — a technical writing component paired with the logic test.
Invite after passing — once I cleared the pre-test, I received an interview invite shortly after. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the difficulty came from the all-or-nothing logic gate plus the added writing evaluation.
