I experienced a clean, professional end-to-end process with a recruiter screening, a technical/data-focused assessment, and a final team interview.

Initial screening — I had an early screening step before the technical work.
Technical assessment — I worked on data analysis and business problem-solving, using tools like SQL and Excel.
Final interview with the team — I discussed analysis approaches and expectations for the role; the interviews were professional and supportive. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but overall it felt smooth, well-organized, and not hostile.
