I interviewed for the Business Analyst role at Turing with an enjoyable, partner-conducted flow that was average in difficulty.

Vetting interview + assessment — I first went through a vetting interview, then completed an assessment including aptitude and a cost-benefit analysis question.
Partner-company interview (guesstimates + puzzles) — I was given a few guesstimate problems and a few puzzle questions. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the partner-style process felt friendly and engaging.
