Tubi Software Engineer interview experience

The whole thing felt a bit awkward because the directions weren’t very clear, and the format didn’t encourage much engagement.

I wasn’t a fan of having to do a video component at all—it added pressure that didn’t feel connected to the actual technical work. Since the instructions were unclear, I spent extra time trying to interpret what they wanted rather than focusing purely on the tasks.

Ultimately I didn’t move forward. What I remember most is that the experience felt more like an unclear asynchronous process than an interview that helped me demonstrate my skills.
