Negative

I did the interview process fully remotely, and the overall vibe was pretty negative.

I went through an HR conversation and then two technical rounds. The HR rep came across as rude and wanted extremely concise answers, which made the discussion feel less like an actual conversation and more like a checklist.

The technical side was also hard to get through. When I spoke with the tech lead, I had trouble understanding them because of poor English skills, and the disconnect made it harder to follow along and respond confidently.

After that, I just got ghosted. I never received a clear decision, and the lack of follow-up left a bad taste more than the technical difficulty
