I started with a phone call with a single member of the team, and then I got invited to a virtual interview with the rest of the group the following week.

The overall structure ended up being more than one round, and it stretched across five separate interviews with different people from the team.

Even though I met with multiple people, the tone stayed pretty consistent—each round built on the last, and it never felt like a random assortment of questions. It was more like they were collectively trying to understand the same core things about my background.

The difficulty ended up being average, and I didn’t end up with an offer. Still, it felt like a legitimate evaluation process with enough different perspectives to get a fuller picture.
