Truist Business Analyst interview experience

I remember walking away with a clearer picture of what the role involved, and the recruiter made it obvious they could tell I was prepared.

The conversation also highlighted that I sounded passionate about the position, and later I got feedback that my interest and readiness came through. What I appreciated most was that the follow-up was quick—emails after the call were timely, which made the process feel more respectful.

Even though I didn’t end up getting an offer, the experience felt easy overall because the communication was good and the recruiter seemed engaged from start to finish.
