Atlanta, GAPosted Feb 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I’d describe the interview as fun and lively, and honestly pretty laid back.

The whole vibe was relaxed, and it didn’t feel like they were putting heavy emphasis on technical depth.

Instead, it came across more as an assessment of personality and fit. The questions and conversation were oriented toward how I would show up day to day, not toward a technical interrogation of my skills.

It didn’t lead to an offer, but it was easy for me to get through. I remember feeling comfortable throughout, mostly because the process didn’t feel combative or overly specialized.
