I ran into a scheduling mess that made the process feel chaotic.

I talked with recruiters on campus and got selected for an on-campus interview, but they picked a date that didn’t work for me. We switched to a Skype interview, but the interviewer couldn’t find me even though they had my ID.

They rescheduled, and I waited for hours without a call. When I emailed the recruiter to ask what was going on, I was told it was too late in the process to reschedule again. I left feeling like I lost a big chunk of time due to coordination failures rather than anything about how I performed technically.
