My process was three steps.

I started with an initial phone call with a senior engineer, and the questions centered on OOP and CS fundamentals, with a heavy Java orientation. After that I did a pair coding interview, and then I moved into a whiteboard system design interview.

The topics felt demanding because of the Java emphasis and the breadth of fundamentals expected, but they were coherent as a full arc. I eventually got an offer.
