Tripadvisor Account Executive interview experience

Scheduling felt messy from the start—I gave my availability, but the meeting never got properly confirmed with a calendar invite, and when I followed up I didn’t get much back. On the day of the call, the recruiter was late and didn’t really acknowledge it, but I still moved forward.

After that, I had a video call with the hiring manager that lasted around 45 minutes. At the end, I was told the recruiter would follow up soon, but the silence that came after was the biggest problem. I waited weeks—then months—without hearing anything back, even after I chased with multiple follow-up emails
