Needham, MAPosted Oct 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After meeting a recruiter through a college career fair, I ended up doing a phone-screen interview.

A short time after I passed, they assigned me a take-home task with a 48-hour window to complete. I spent most of my time thinking through the design and writing tests, and eventually I heard back.

Once I cleared that stage, they brought me in for on-site interviews that were paced as a sequence of one-hour blocks. I had two technical interviews and one behavioral interview over lunch. The whole flow felt structured and fairly standard for them: recruiter discussion first, then a take-home, then the on-site set with technical focus and a behavior conversation layered in.
