Needham, MAPosted Feb 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied through a university channel and heard back from a recruiter within a week.

That recruiter conversation turned into a telephonic interview with one of their engineers, and that was followed by a take-home coding assignment with a 48-hour deadline.

The next day, I was scheduled for an onsite, and the onsite included two technical rounds plus lunch with one of their newer hires. I felt decent about the first technical round, but the second one became much more intense—it turned into a prolonged grilling session until they decided I wasn’t a fit. I didn’t get an offer, and the overall tone by the end felt harshly definitive.
