The interview felt pretty chill overall.

Before the conversations, there was an intermediate-level exam with a mix of IQ and technical questions.

They also had grammar and comprehension, plus questions involving shapes and figures. The people I interacted with were friendly, which made the process feel less intimidating than I expected. Even so, I walked away thinking I’d have been better served by taking the technical interview seriously, because the process still had enough technical weight to matter.
