Trend Micro Inc. Security Engineer interview experience

First I took an exam, and once I passed, I moved to one HR interview. If I did well there, I was scheduled for a department supervisor interview, and then the job offer would come if that final step was successful.

It wasn’t described as something vague—it was staged and dependent on passing each checkpoint. I went through the steps up to the point where the process ended without an offer. The experience felt structured, but the fact that it didn’t culminate in an offer left me reflecting that passing the early screens wasn’t enough by itself.
