Trend Micro Inc. Security Engineer interview experience

Got offer

MediumPasig CityPosted Oct 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process involved four exams and then a couple of interviews that happened back-to-back.

I took an IQ and logic exam, plus grammar, an essay, and a technical test.

After the exams, I had two rounds with recruiters, and then I was interviewed right away by one of the managers. The timeline was surprisingly quick—by the next day, I got the offer. What I remember most was how compressed everything was, and how the sequence of assessments and interviews led directly to a decision without lingering for weeks.
