Trend Micro Inc. Security Engineer interview experience

The interview itself went well, and the hiring manager came across as well spoken and genuinely nice.

They made an effort to keep me comfortable the whole time, which helped me open up and express myself more clearly instead of getting shut down by nerves. It felt more supportive than confrontational, and that mattered.

The difficulty was average, and while the conversation was a positive one, I still didn’t end up with an offer. Still, I appreciated that the HR-side scheduling and the interview atmosphere made the process feel easier to navigate.
