London, EnglandPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I completed the required assessments and tasks during my application with Transport for London, and I did it with the belief that I’d passed the earlier stages.

I received positive feedback, so I expected to move forward to a final interview.

Instead, I wasn’t selected for that next step. The process still felt challenging while it was happening, and it ultimately became a learning experience for me—even though it didn’t end how I hoped.

I didn’t get the offer, and the hardest part was reconciling the earlier positive feedback with the later decision. I left feeling like the evaluation criteria were more complex than a single signal would suggest.
