After my CV got accepted, I was sent an online assessment on values-based scenarios.

It was built around case studies where I had to work through what I’d do, including a ranking-style element, and it leaned heavily into Transport for London’s “green” and sustainability themes along with teamwork. I liked that the interface felt guided—there were resource tiles provided to help me answer the questions—and the whole thing was automated right after I submitted.

Even though it felt pretty approachable, I didn’t move forward. The process overall felt efficient and structured, but the assessment was definitely the gate I needed to clear rather than a conversation with the team.
