I had two phone interviews, then a virtual interview, and finally an in-person conversation with leadership at different levels.

Scheduling took effort because there were so many people involved.

Even with the logistical challenge, I liked that I got to meet and hear from multiple leaders, which made it feel like they were truly trying to understand how I would work with the org. The experience was described as difficult mostly because it was hard to coordinate, not because the conversations were hostile. I didn’t end up with an offer, but meeting so many involved stakeholders was the most memorable part.
