I started with a phone screening with HR, and then they gave me a test right after.

The written work involved copy editing and formatting, and that part honestly felt a little off because it didn’t match what I understood to be the main responsibilities of a project coordination-type role.

The interview and screening portion felt more normal, but that assessment made the process feel oddly mismatched. I walked away thinking the test wasn’t a great reflection of the job itself, which put me in a skeptical mindset about how they evaluated fit.
