After I applied, the recruiter messaged me within 24 hours and asked me to schedule a phone screening through Calendly.

I booked it, confirmed by email, and followed up about the date.

They didn’t respond to the confirmation message, they didn’t show up for the scheduled meeting, and they never reached out afterward. It was disappointing because it wasn’t even the first time—it happened to me before with the same recruiter. I never got an offer, and the lack of basic follow-up made the whole experience feel extremely unprofessional.
