Portland, ORPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through phone interviews followed by an in-person interview, but it was difficult to get everyone lined up across time zones.

Eventually I accepted an offer after several interviews, and the pay and benefits were discussed clearly during that stage.

Even after accepting, I didn’t hear anything for weeks. When they finally got back to me, they said they couldn’t offer a position due to financials. That reversal after I had accepted made the experience disappointing, and the financial explanation still didn’t fully erase the feeling of being strung along.
