I did lots of interviews and got genuinely good feedback at each stage.

After the final interview, I was ghosted for weeks with no response. When I reached out again, they finally replied and the offer they extended felt insulting—lower than normal for the role.

That mismatch between earlier positivity and the final compensation made the whole experience feel manipulative. I don’t plan to apply again, and that reflection stuck because the good feedback was real but the end result wasn’t.
