My first interview was a group session that was much more “show what you can do” than “talk about yourself.” I sat with other applicants, introduced myself, and then we moved into a practical sales-style exercise.

I had to pick a toy, explain it, and try to get people to want to buy it—sometimes with an awkward twist where I had to switch to a toy someone else had chosen, so I had to quickly make up reasons based on what I could observe.
