I interviewed for an Account Executive role and found the process straightforward, with decisions made after an extended half-day day of activities.

Phone call — a first conversation to review my background and the position.
Group interview + half-day team activities — I joined a group interview with all candidates, then completed team activities for about half a day; hiring managers based their decision on performance.
Final decision — there wasn’t a long multi-stage follow-through; managers used what they saw during the session. Outcome: No offer, but the journey felt organized and performance-focused—once the half-day ended, the decision followed.
