My interview started as a panel with four managers from across quality departments.

We began with introductions and then moved into STAR-format questions right away. The overall experience felt pleasant, though I noticed different interviewers wanted different depths—some pushed me for more detail in my explanations.

They made it clear that answering with explicit STAR structure mattered for how they scored me, so I tried to lay things out cleanly: the situation, what I was tasked with, the action I took, and the results that came from it. By the end, it felt like a fair process focused on how I think and communicate under a consistent rubric.
