Toyota North America Account Executive interview experience

I was asked about leading a sales team and what day-to-day managing looked like, along with how familiar I was with cars. A big chunk of the conversation focused on key sales goals and what it would mean to track and manage them.

Overall it felt more like checking broad fundamentals than digging deep on anything highly technical. The questions didn’t feel overwhelming, but I still didn’t end up getting the job afterward.
