Toyota North America Account Executive interview experience

We talked through expectations and the work environment, and I remember focusing on how important it was to understand the schedule since hours could change. The tone helped a lot—it didn’t feel intimidating, and it was the kind of conversation that kept my nerves from getting out of control.

I still wasn’t hired afterward, but the experience itself felt comfortable and straightforward while it was happening.
