During COVID, I had to come into the TABC facility, and everyone wore masks.

The interview was a panel of three people, and it started by working from my resume—then it moved into behavioral questions. They wanted my answers in STAR format, so I kept mentally mapping each prompt to a clear situation, task, action, and result.

The difficulty felt about average to me. The mask environment made the logistics feel a bit more muted, but the panel still pushed for structured, complete examples. I remember concentrating on pacing and making sure I didn’t skip the “action” and “result” portions, since those were the parts that showed up most in how they followed along.
