My process started with a quick resume review where the logistics felt simple and fast.

After that, I moved straight into a STAR-based interview format that was tightly focused: a couple of behavioral questions framed around my past experience, with enough time pressure that I had to be crisp.

The core structure was the same across the prompts—setting up the Situation, laying out the Task, explaining the Action I took, and then spelling out the Results. I also had a few shorter personal questions at the end that felt more like they were trying to understand me beyond the STAR stories, but the bulk of the evaluation was still on that structured narrative.

Overall it felt easier
