After a recruiter reached out, I had a short resume review first that was framed as something that would only take about five minutes.

Then I was asked to answer two STAR questions, with each prompt expected to take roughly five to ten minutes, followed by a set of shorter, more personal questions tied to my experience.

Overall it felt pretty average in difficulty and very structured—everything was designed around making my background legible through the STAR method rather than testing deep technical depth. I left with the impression that they were looking for consistency in how I explained situations, what I did, and what results came out of it.
