Toyota North America Accountant interview experience

I had two separate 30-minute interviews—one with an accounting manager and one with a supervisor—and they stuck to typical behavior-based questions.

The whole thing didn’t feel overly technical or intimidating, and the difficulty level felt average. What mattered most was how I explained prior situations and what I learned from them.

I heard back within about a month, but it wasn’t an offer. Still, the process itself felt respectful and steady, and that made the wait and the final result easier to handle than if the interviews had felt chaotic.
