I talked with a representative at my college career fair and they asked me to come in the next day.

The interview was mostly behavioral and focused on work or project experiences rather than any technical quiz. I remember the conversation feeling pretty relaxed, but it still took a while to hear anything back, and that delay made the whole process feel tense because I kept waiting.

After what felt like a few weeks, I got called one morning with the offer. The electronic offer followed by email shortly after. Looking back, the interview itself felt straightforward and I never had to stress about technical topics, but the silence afterward was honestly the hardest part of the process for me.
