Plano, TXPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview started with basic technical questions about automotive technology, which set the tone early.

After that, the STAR questions came first to frame my background and previous experience working in different conditions, including how I handled adversative situations.

Even though it overall didn’t feel terrible, it leaned heavily on scripted questioning. The main challenge for me was staying natural and clear while still following their exact format, because there wasn’t much room for the conversation to drift into something more free-form.
