Toyota North America Software Engineer interview experience

I went through three interviews total—two focused on HR and one with engineering. Over the course of roughly two months, I completed the rounds without getting any offer along the way.

The difficulty was described as average, but the bigger issue wasn’t how hard the questions were; it was the waiting. The pace was slow enough that it made the whole process feel drawn out, and by the time I wrapped it up, I was left without closure or momentum.

I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the longest part was just how long it took to move from one stage to the next.
