Kansas City, MOPosted Mar 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My Toyota interview started with a quick, respectful conversation where the interviewer talked a bit about themself and what the job involved.

Then the format narrowed into three behavioral questions focused on difficult situations.

It felt genuinely positive—no sharp edges, just a clean, professional flow. The hardest part wasn’t the difficulty of the prompts so much as making sure my examples clearly matched what they were asking about. Overall, it felt comfortable and well-mannered from beginning to end, which made it easier to stay composed while answering.
