Toyota North America Software Engineer interview experience

The interview was mostly behavior and work/project experience—there weren’t any quiz or technical questions.

The question-and-answer part was straightforward, but the timing after it was what lingered. I didn’t hear back for a full three weeks, and I was almost to the point of losing hope. Then I got a call one morning with the offer, and I received the electronic offer by email within the following week.

Even though the wait tested my patience, the resolution felt clear once it finally arrived, and I came away remembering how much the silence had affected my confidence.
