The process I went through was fairly quick for an international position—about three weeks total—and it moved through multiple formal interviews.

I had two physical meetings and one online interview, and the conversations happened across French, Spanish, and English. The structure made it feel like they were steadily narrowing in on both how I communicated and how my experience translated to the role.

In those sessions, the main theme was my background on past projects. I talked through what I had worked on and how it related to the company and the position, and I also went through interviews with HR, my direct manager, and then a director. The difficulty level stayed moderate, and the overall vibe was professional and efficient.
