After an initial recruiter call, I had about a week to prepare for the next step.

The recruiter conversation felt pretty chill and focused mostly on my background and experiences rather than a lot of probing questions.

The process then moved to a final round that blended behavioral and technical questions. The behavioral part was tied directly to my experience, so it felt important to be clear and consistent with what was on my resume. For the technical portion, they asked me a LeetCode-style problem that landed in the easy-to-medium range. Overall it felt like a fair mix, and the technical difficulty wasn’t overwhelming, even though I didn’t end up receiving an offer.
